offers these services to provide its clients the convenience
and flexibility during the course of their training.
We ensure that each customer will receive the fullest
attention and support as they go through the rigorous
undertakings encountered during training. To that end
our assigned International Student Service Team will
be glad to assist in any area that’s crucial for
the accomplishment of our students.
Whether you decide to enroll or just planned to visit
our facility our staff will be glad to help you facilitate
for your visa, airline ticket reservation, or transportation
to our training area. In order to assist effectively
assist for your travel needs, we encourage you to contact
us at least one month before your intended date of arrival.
If you're an international traveler your airline may
directly fly to Manila - Ninoy Aquino International
Airport, the capital city of the country.
However, your travel options may vary depending on
the place of origin, seasonal demands, and airline ticket
fares. Whichever option you choose for your arrival
in the Philippines both areas are provided with a connecting
flight to Manila. Our staff will be ready to pick you
up at the airport once you arrive.

We suggest that your arrival must be at least one week
prior to your scheduled training date. This will give
you sufficient time to adjust on your daily routine,
familiarize with the school’s staff and instructors,
and allow necessary things to be made for your training.
The following things will be made during your arrival:
- Personal interview, skill & aptitude assessment
test.
- Payments and setting-up of student's records.
- Opening of personal bank accounts.
- Tailoring of pilot's uniform.
- Documentations:
- clearances and permits
- pilot's license and airman medical certificates.
- special study permit for foreign nationals who
enters with a visitors visa.
- insurance.
- Orientation of school's policy and procedures.
- City tour to familiarize places such as internet
café, restaurants, shopping centers or convenient
stores, fitness gym, hospitals, and others.
- The training will start exactly on the date provided
in your program. You will receive a training schedule
for at least 3 months advance from the commencement
date of your course. The published daily schedule
shows the academic ground school and flight training.
Night time class may be conducted with advance notice.
- Video presentation will be conducted from time to
time for educational and entertainment purposes.
- Basic flight training is conducted at the Manila
Airport during daytime from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.
- Advanced phase will be carried out at Manila-Clark
International Airport were full instrument approach
and air traffic control services is provided.

Students and pilots are required to wear the designated
type of uniform in every training activity. Students
will be issued uniforms before commencement of training.
It will consist of two white polo shirts, two pairs
of designated color of slacks, shoulder boards, and
name tags.
All uniforms are custom tailored for proper fitness
and comfort. Additional pairs of uniform may be requested
at additional cost.

PILOT'S
SUPPLIES
Pilot’s supplies needed during your training
such as books, manuals, flight computers, aeronautical
maps, and others that are indicated in the enrollment
agreement will be provided by the school. However, students
may purchase additional materials that will support
their educational needs.

We require that you have your own personal health and
accident insurance policy. The school's insurance only
covers flight training during the overall duration of
your program. It does not include medical or accident
coverage to any activities outside the facility of the
school.
You may obtain your personal insurance prior to your
travel. If you don't have any, you may contact our personnel
to help you obtain one.

Your airman medical certificate is important in getting
a pilot’s license. In order to help you attain
the required certificate you must have the following:
- Chest X-Ray
- ECG or EKG
- Urinalysis
- Dental Record
- Drug Screening Urinalysis Test Result
The designated flight surgeon will perform a physical
examination for the issuance of your airman medical
certificate. Psychological screening test will also
be conducted at the authorized facility as part of the
requirement.
To give you a better perspective of the different classes
of airman medical certificate the list are provided
below in relation to the license you're applying for.
- Student Pilot's License - 3rd Class
- Private Pilot's License - 3rd Class
- Commercial Pilot's License - 2nd Class
- Airline Transport Pilot License - 1st Class
Our admission procedure requires foreign students to
obtain an airman medical certificate from the Civil
Aviation Authority of their country. This is to ensure
that the applicant’s physical condition meets
the minimum requirement before being enrolled in the
school. A secondary evaluation for the application of
a Philippine pilot’s license will be made when
accepted by National Aviation Specialist Academy (NASA)
International Inc..

Our pilot’s license application system provides
the most convenient way for applicants to prepare, manage,
and apply for their pilot’s license. You may log-in
to your account and simply fill-up the required items
then send it with the necessary documents. Instructions
are provided in a step-by-step manner to guide you through
the process. All documents submitted will be posted
in your account so you can easily track and print your
records if needed.
You may also choose to download pilot license application
forms from our website and fill them up manually. Instructions
are provided so you can accurately process your application.
After the required documents are met then you may send

Note:
Applications submitted to the Philippine Air Transportation
Office must be complete to avoid delays. Incomplete
documents may be disregarded and will not be process.
We may facilitate and help prepare the application;
however, it must be the full responsibility of the applicant
to meet all the necessary requirements.

The Philippine Air Transportation Office (ATO) is the
governing authority to determine if you are qualified
for a pilot’s license. It is equivalent to FAA,
CAA, or DGCAA in other countries. Before you will be
given a pilot’s license you will undergo the required
examination. This examination consists of written, oral,
and practical or checkride. Successful completion of
the above mentioned tests will entitle you for the pilot’s
license you’re applying for.
You will take the required examination when you apply
for private, commercial, instrument, additional rating,
conversion of foreign pilot’s license, or airline
transport pilot’s licenses. It will be conducted
under our facility by a designated pilot examiner or
check pilot of the Philippine Air Transportation Office.
